Tai Mei Acrylic Co., Ltd. is one of the oldest and most experienced acrylic housewares product manufacturers in Taiwan. We have more than 50 years of expertise with injection as well as hand-made acrylic products. Our beautiful crystal clear acrylic products cover a wide range of household functions. It includes, but are not limited to kitchenware, jewelry and cosmetics storage, home organization, bathware, drinkware, desk accessories, photo frames, and furniture. Our factory is located in Rei Fang Industrial Park, New Taipei City, occupying 7,200 m2 total ground area and 15,000 m2 of production area. We have nearly one hundred employees with almost half having more than ten years of experience in acrylic product manufacturing. Tai Mei Acrylic's modern manufacturing plant is equipped with twenty state-of-the-art injection molding machines, from 100, 180, 260, 420 to 600-tons. We also have CNC milling and lathe machines as well as other precision equipment to produce and maintain injection molds in-house. Our hand-made products uses optical grade acrylic (PMMA) sheets manufactured by our affiliated company, Refine Optical Technology, Inc. Other equipment includes automated cutting, diamond polishing, and vacuum forming machines to perform secondary processes. The acrylic sheets are produced inside a class 1000 and class 10,000 clean room environment, originally setup to provide sheeting for the TV and monitor industry. From development to design, sampling and mass production, it is a continuous process that is all completed at our factory. We design our own products and also welcome OEM and ODM projects to fit any special needs for the home and businesses.
